Available only during the fresh green season, this limited-time offering highlights the elegant flavor of “Samidori,” a high-quality matcha produced by the renowned Kyoto tea purveyor Yamamasa Koyamaen.

Each item is carefully crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Tomokazu Ito, bringing together delicate aromas and balanced flavors in every bite.
