The Kitano Hotel conference room has a nice view of the district of Hirakawacho.
We offer a bright and luxurious room that can be used for various purposes such as meetings, seminars and banquets.
Meeting Room
The meeting room “Hirakawa” can be arranged according to the number of people and to the kind of usage.
It can be divided into 3 rooms: Hirakawa I (36sqm), Hirakawa II (36sqm), and Hirakawa III (47sqm).
All rooms are equipped with a cloakroom, restroom and 60-inch TV monitor.
Catering option is also available, so they can be used for banquets and parties.

For customers who wish to dine in the conference room, we offer catering services accordingly.

If you cancel an event that you have already reserved for, you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows.
From the date of application to 180 days before the date of the event : 10% of the “venue fee”
From 179 days to 90 days before the event : 60% of the “venue fee”
From 89 days to 60 days before the event : 80% of the “venue fee”
From 59 days to 10 days before the event : Full amount of “venue fee”
From 9 days to 2 days before the event : 80% of the “total amount”
On the day before the event and on the same day of the event : The full amount of the “total amount”
