【May 16 (Sat), 2026】Run, Learn, Refresh & Nourish | Imperial Palace Wellness Run

Thank you for your continued patronage.
Join us for a special morning wellness event set around the Imperial Palace, often regarded as a runner’s sanctuary, located in the tranquil weekend atmosphere of Hirakawacho in central Tokyo.
This unique experience combines running, learning, refreshing, and nourishing into one harmonious program.
Participants will enjoy an approximately 5 km run around the Imperial Palace at a comfortable, conversational pace. Guided by Ms. Yuko Suzuki of Tokyo Active Tours, the session includes practical running form tips along with fascinating stories about the history of the Imperial Palace and Edo Castle.
After the run, refresh with a shower at the running station before returning to the hotel.

A light Western-style breakfast will be served at L’Orangerie Koh-an, featuring homemade yogurt, apple compote, smoothies, fruit salad, and a choice of egg dishes with seasonal vegetables—designed to gently support your body after exercise.
The experience concludes with a guided hotel tour, where you will discover our philosophy of “For Comfort” and the essence of a truly relaxing stay.
Spend a morning where running, learning, refreshing, and nourishing come together in perfect balance.
