【L’Orangerie Koh-an】“Winter Gathering” Plan

Thank you for your continued patronage.

Our main dining restaurant, L’Orangerie Koh-an is delighted to present the “Winter Gathering” Plan, perfect for year-end and New Year celebrations.

Celebrate the close of the year or the start of a new one with your loved ones while enjoying refined, health-conscious modern French cuisine in a warm and elegant atmosphere.
This special plan is available for groups of six or more guests, and includes free-flow beverages.

同じルレ・エ・シャトーで志をひとつにする、
栃木「#オトワレストラン」
@otowarestaurant
とのコラボレーションディナーを行います！

オトワレストランは、
#音羽和紀シェフの地元・宇都宮で、日本のガストロノミー界でもいちはやく地産地消をテーマとしたレストラン。

同じルレ・エ・シャトーファミリーの先輩として、
キタノも多くを学ばせていただいております。

今回は後継者である、
#音羽元シェフ、#音羽創支配人のおふたりと、

当館総料理長 #加茂健と、
シェフパティシエ #伊東友一が腕をふるいます。

光栄なことに実現した今回のコラボレーションでは、
東京と栃木それぞれの地域から
サスティナブルかつ誠実な生産方法の食材にこだわり、

東京軍鶏、栃木のヤシオマスをメインにコースを組み立てます。

“A Dish for the Future” | March 9

On the evening of March 9, we are honored to welcome @otowarestaurant—our fellow Relais & Châteaux member from Utsunomiya, Tochigi—for a special one-night collaboration.

Chefs Hajime and So Otowa will join our own Takeshi Kamo and Tomokazu Ito to create a seasonal course dinner centered around sustainable ingredients from both Tokyo and Tochigi, including Tokyo Jidori chicken and Yashio trout.

This event is the second edition of #ADishForTheFuture following the2024 with Chef Patrick Henriroux. @maisonhenriroux

A night where craftsmanship, terroir, and culinary vision meet on a single plate.

今更のクリスマスツリーです。

今年のもみの木も
飾り立ての青々としたところから自然に色が淡くなり、
最後はシルバーに近くなりました。

ひと月以上もロビーに森の香りを届けてくれていましたが、
クリスマスからお正月への切り替えが日本はとっても顕著で
翌日にはあっさりと門松🎍に入れ替え、、。
いつも少し寂しい想いです。

欧米では年明けの1月6日、
三賢者がキリストを訪れたという、"三賢者の日(エピファニー)"まで飾るそうですね。
日本の松の内みたいなものでしょうか。

今年は年末感がないと皆さんおっしゃいます。

どうぞ和やかな年越しを迎えられますように、、

A belated Christmas tree 🎄

This year’s fir slowly softened in color,
fading naturally until it became almost silver.
For over a month, it filled our lobby with the quiet scent of the forest.

In Japan,
the shift from Christmas to the New Year is sudden...
overnight, the tree gives way to "Kadomatsu"🎍,
and each year, we feel a small sense of longing.

In many Western countries,
Christmas trees remain until Epiphany on January 6,
a tradition that feels much like Japan’s “Matsunouchi,” cherishing the quiet after the celebration of New Year.

Many say this year hardly feels like year’s end at all.

Wishing you a gentle and peaceful transition into the New Year. ✨
