The Kitano Hotel conference room has a nice view of the district of Hirakawacho.
We offer a bright and luxurious room that can be used for various purposes such as meetings, seminars and banquets.

Meeting Room

The meeting room “Hirakawa” can be arranged according to the number of people and to the kind of usage.
It can be divided into 3 rooms: Hirakawa I (36sqm), Hirakawa II (36sqm), and Hirakawa III (47sqm).
All rooms are equipped with a cloakroom, restroom and 60-inch TV monitor.
Catering option is also available, so they can be used for banquets and parties.

The walls between each conference room are removable, so the space can be arranged according to customers’ needs.

Important Information

Available hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Group reservations for 12 or more guests must be made at least 14 days in advance.

An additional 30 minutes before and after your reserved time will be included in the fee to allow for preparation and cleanup.

Tentative bookings can only be held for up to one week.

Our cancellation policy takes effect from the date of your application.

Please consult us in advance if you wish to bring your own equipment.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed. (Additional charges may apply if exceptions are made.)

Cancellation Policy

59 to 30 days prior to the event date: 30%

29 to 14 days prior to the event date: 50%

13 days prior to the event date to the day before: 80%

On the event date: 100% of the total quoted amount

Party & Catering

For customers who wish to dine in the conference room, we offer catering services accordingly.
We can offer a variety of drinks and sweets, Japanese and Western lunch boxes, buffet-style standing parties, and small-group seating courses.
