There have been increasing reports of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire, both Japan and overseas.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following points regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u25a0Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from the room.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u25a0When charging portable electronic devices using a mobile battery, or when charging the mobile battery using an in-room power outlet, please avoid placing it in the following locations.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u3000\u30fbA window exposed to direct sunlight<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u3000\u30fbOn flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains <\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u25a0To prevent any problems that may occur while charging, please use the device in a location where you can always check the status yourself. <\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u25a0Do not use a mobile battery that is damaged, swollen, or overheating abnormally.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

If the above situation is discovered during room cleaning during your stay, staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging it for safety reasons.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
